Всичко, което човек предприема да прави, би било добре да го синхронизира с интуицията си – Вътрешната си Същност.

Разбира се, не можем винаги да сме в дълбока медитация, защото ако постоянно сме, това би довело до умора на психиката. Не става въпрос за всяко нещо да се изолираме и да изпадаме в пълна медитация. Знаете, че това е невъзможно, но веднъж, след като сутринта сме постигнали покоя, той ще ни съпровожда през почти целия ден. 

И не е необходимо винаги и за най-дребното нещо да се задълбочаваме и вглъбяваме. Ясно е, че по-важните, по-сериозните или съдбоносни решения или промени, би било добре да ги вземаме или разрешаваме, като навлезем дълбоко в Същността си и впоследствие да действаме според това, което сме научили Отвътре – от Себе си. 

Ще кажете, че няма важни и маловажни неща – така е, но все пак ние сме хора и се вписваме в определени параметри и имаме граници на възможностите. Не може за всяка дреболия да се усамотяваме и да се изключваме от всичко около нас. Щом като сме с изчистен, успокоен и центриран ум, той винаги ще може навреме и адекватно да ни служи и чрез него да разрешаваме задачите си. Всъщност ние – повърхностния, конвенционалния ум, и дълбокия вътрешен и духовен ум, сме едно и също нещо. Разликата е в това, че когато на повърхността на съзнанието се замъглим, не сме в състояние да следваме Вътрешния си Ритъм, посоката Му и воденето Му. Ако своевременно привеждаме повърхностния ум с Дълбокия, Големия Ум, разлика и разнобой в решенията няма да има.

Привели ли сме повърхностния ум в единство с Големия Ум, идващ от Същността, то повърхностният ум ще следва Големия ум. Проблем може да има само, ако сме се изоставили и сме пропуснали да успокоим, да изчистим и приведем повърхностния човешки ум с Вътрешния Ум. Тогава вместо човешкият ум да следва духовното – Умът, то повърхностния ни ум вероятно ще следва някаква привързаност, пристрастия, зависимости, алчност, тщеславие или ще някое свое “гениално” решение. Ето така се отива към създаване на карма.

Когато сме раздвоени, дуални – двойнствени, Вътрешната ни Същност ни показва едно, а човешкия ум – друго. Съответно действията ще бъдат продиктувани и осъществени от повърхностния ум и те ще генерират кармични последствия. 

Няма да има кармични последствия и проекции, ако следваме Вътрешната си Същност. За Нея няма грешки, не съществуват отклонения, няма нито добро, нито зло, защото следвайки Вътрешният Път, ние следваме правилните решения и действия.

Каква полза от това, че след като дълго време някой е мислил, е взел решение само с конвенционалния си ум? Ами никаква, защото дори да му се струва, че това което е измислил, е находчиво, виртуозно, то ако се е отклонил от Пътя на Изначалната си Природа, това ще води към допълнително кармично обременяване.

Веднъж като се приведете в единен Ритъм с Вътрешното, после няма да е необходимо постоянно да се затормозявате и да се отклонявате от ежедневието си, а само леко насочване на вниманието към Същността си, ще е достатъчно продуктивно, за да може да се насочите, да усетите, да последвате интуицията си.

Лошо би било, ако се изоставите и не успокоявате, не синхронизирате повърхностното си съзнание с Вътрешната си Природа. Тогава, дори човек да е постигнал някакво ниво на просветление, ще се замъгли. Естествено, проблемът няма да дойде, ако веднъж или ден-два пропусне очистването на ума си, но ако трайно се изоставите, умът ви ще бъде обладан от енергиите, с които се сблъсквате през деня или с тези, с които сте влезли във взаимодействие. В такъв случай повърхностният ви ум ще се обвие с пелена от мъгла, връзката с Вътрешната ви Природа ще избледнее, ще изчезне и като резултат не ще можете да разпознавате кое е от интуицията и кое от заблудения и илюзорен ум. Това вече е сериозна предпоставка да се объркате и да поемете по пътя на самсара, на ада.

Нека да не се заблуждаваме – зная, че битува схващането, че ако веднъж си постигнал просветление, после не е възможно да се заблудиш и да изпаднеш в по-низшите сфери на съзнанието и живота. Това е вярно, но ако не си бдителен, въпреки помощта, идваща от силата на просветлението, е много възможно да изгубиш яснотата на ума си и да потънеш в самозалъгване и заблуди.

Редовната медитативна практика със сигурност може да елиминира този проблем. Ако сутрин си направите медитация и се приведете в Ритъма на Безграничната си Вътрешна Същност, то през целия ден вие с лекота ще можете да Я следвате. Ако ли пък се случи денят ви да е тежък и наситен, изпълнен с негативни преживявания, то вечерната медитация ще ви освободи от натрупаните енергии и неблагоприятните влияние от сблъсъка със средата, конфликтите, интригите… И така винаги, независимо с какво сте се занимавали и кое ви е повлияло, ще можете да поддържате конвенционалния си ум в единство с Вътрешната ви Същност.

Не правете грешката да позволите ума ви да се замърси, да остане тревожен, раздвоен, изпълнен с подозрения, съмнения, недоволство. Това са енергии, на които, ако позволите, ще ви обземат и ще ви захвърлят в неволите, неприятностите, страданията. После ще се чудите как така се е получило и кой път да хванете.

Винаги хващайте Вътрешния Път и няма да сбъркате. Когато човек е замъглен и обхванат от неприятни емоции, е трудно веднага да се отърси от тях, но знаете кой е начинът за завръщането в Себе си. Това е медитацията:

Когато медитираме, ние се отдръпваме от ума си и само го наблюдаваме. Не се опитваме да го спрем или да го изчистим насила. Оставяме го да мисли така, както си иска – нека мислите да идват, да стоят и да отминават. Не се захващаме с мислите, не ги обслужваме, не ги развиваме. Просто, стоейки и наблюдавайки ума, като не се намесваме в него, той ще утихне и ще навлезе в естественото, пусто, безмълвно и умиротворено състояние на Истинската ни Природа. Сливайки се с Нея, ще Я последваме винаги и навсякъде. 

Този, който следва Вътрешния Път, той върви в Пътя на Безграничния, той не може да сгреши и не си създава карма.
