Тялото е ограничено, Духът е безграничен. Ако се опитваме да работим и да правим нещата само чрез тялото си, то резултатите ще са посредствени. Отидем ли в Духа и правим ли всичко чрез Него, тогава дори дребните, незначителните неща, придобиват велик смисъл.

Сега например, ако вляза във файловете на ума си и извадя от там някаква информация, тя не би била много по-различна от всичко, което се пише в интернет. Използвайки ума си, ние не бихме могли да кажем нищо повече от това, което е вече казано, написано, научено от човешкия опит.

Влизайки в Духа си – в Безграничната си Същност, нещата придобиват други измерения. Вездесъщото Себе няма предел нито в знанията, нито в уменията или във възможностите. Черпейки знания от Него, ние можем всеки ден да говорим, да обсъждаме неща и те пак ще са нищо, защото Безграничното е безкрайно.

В живота също е така. Колкото и забавна, интересна да е една тема, ако прилагаме само лимита на ума си, тя скоро време ще ни омръзне, ще ни стане безразлична.

Като прилагаме способностите за сливане с Изначалната ни природа и като Я следваме, всъщност ние се уеднаквяваме с Нея. Там, в Нея няма изчерпване, няма ограничения и нищо не е невъзможно.

Ето, примерно, когато някой страда от някаква болест и реши да изчете всичко написано за нея, той го прави и… до там. Но ако не разчита само на човешкия опит, на развитите съвременни технологии, човек би могъл да навлезе във “файловете” на Духа и да научи много повече неща от написаните в интернет.

Колкото по-рехава е връзката с Вътрешното, толкова човек става по-сух, ограничен, скучен… И обратно, имаме ли пряк и наситен контакт с Духа, ние се превърщаме в одухотворени, многообразни, гъвкави, дълбоки, проницателни, цялостни в знанията си…

Паметта на мозъка е много важна и жизнено необходима, но паметта на Духа е самият Живот. Безкраен океан от информация има вътре в нас, но ако не сме в състояние да го видим и използваме, тогава кой ни е крив?

За да можем да използваме тези невидими източници на информация, би било добре да успокоим ума си, пристрастията в нас да се уталожат, нежеланието и омразата да изчезнат.

Едва когато умът ни стане като огледалната повърхност на водата, тогава ще стане възможно приемането на вярна информация. В противен случай, е вероятно да приемем уж като информация нещо желано, или пък да не можем да видим истината, тъй като тя е нежелана и ние панически ще я избягваме.

И накрая, би било добре всеки да запомни, че нито Господ, нито дявола, сатана, нито някой друг ще му свърши неговата лична работа. Никой, освен ние самите. Ако ни е необходима информация, тя с молитва и с напразно чакане няма как да дойде. Ако нещо трябва да го извършим ние самите, няма никой друг да се заеме с това.

Ето, ако искам да очистя ума си от негативните, паразитните или инертните мисли, кой може да направи това? – Никой освен мен. И да отправям горещи молитви към Безграничния, той няма нищо да направи, защото това е моя работа, мое задължение. Да, съдбата може да ме срещне с точните хора, за да науча техниките, но останалото е в моите ръце. Или ако някаква работа трябва да се свърши и тя зависи от мен, тогава кой ще я свърши? Никой, ако аз самият не се заема.

Това е законът за свободната воля – самоутвърждаването, самостоятелността, самоопределянето.

Както очистването на ума, така и кармическото освобождаване, развитието, начинът и качеството на живот, са само в нашите си ръце. 

Ако не медитирам ежедневно, ще има ли на кой да се сърдя, че умът ми бучи от напрежение, раздразнителност, нервност?! 

Ако не се упражнявам редовно в медитативните техники кой ще ми е крив, че често ме нападат страхове, депресивни черни мисли или панически атаки?

Ако не обръщам внимание на овладяването на ума си, кой ще отговаря за изпускането на нервите ми, за гневливостта и разстройването на психиката ми?

Ако не поставям под контрол живота си, кого ще обвиня, че тялото ми бързо се е скапало, разболяло и ми се налага навсякъде да ходя с една торба с хапчета, медикаменти?

Никой, никой няма да е виновен за всички тези неща, никой освен ние самите!

Ще кажете: “Ама ние откъде да знаем, много неща са написани в интернет и много често те си противоречат едно на друго.”

Да, така е, но…! Но всеки има своята Вътрешна Природа и ако практикува медитация, когато му се наложи ще може да почерпи информация от Нея. Вездесъщата Буда Природа във всеки от нас е неограничена в знанията, в уменията и възможностите си. Това, което е необходимо, е само да успокоим ума си, за да сме в състояние да се слеем с Нея и да се възползваме.

Не бива да разчитаме само на земната информация, защото тя е вид мъртва информация. В смисъл, информацията може да е вярна, но тя се е отнасяла за други хора, други варианти, обекти, за друо време.

Актуалните знания са тези знания, които произтичат от Духа и се отнасят за конкретния момент, хора и ситуация.

Редовната медитативна практика ще ни приближава все повече до Вътрешната ни Същност и чрез нея ще добиваме всичко, от което имаме нужда.

Когато медитираме, ние наблюдаваме ума си, но без да се намесваме в него. Не се захващаме с мислите, не се опитваме да ги моделираме или да ги изхвърлим от ума си. Не развиваме мислите и не им отдаваме значение. Наблюдавайки мислите, като не се въвличаме в тях, те ще утихнат и умът ще навлезе в естественото, пусто, безмълвно и умиротворено състояние на Истинската ви Природа. Така ще се слеем с Нея и ще Я последваме. 

Този, който следва Себе си, той върви в Пътя на Безграничния, той не може да постъпи погрешно и не си създава карма.
