Преди да започна с описанието на техниката за сливането с Вътрешна Същност, ще ви кажа, че в хода на обясненията много от нещата, които вече съм казал ще ги повтарям нарочно, тъй като искам те да се запишат в дългосрочната ви памет, за да не ги забравите никога. Медитацията и свързаните с нея правила или други детайли, са едно от най-важните неща, които всеки трябва да помни. Иначе, ако само ги спомена веднъж или два пъти, после когато навлезете в някоя криза, ще се чудите какво да направите, а когато сте ги запомнили стабилно, умът ви услужливо ще ви подсеща за тях, дори и в най-трудните ви моменти.

Техниката за сливане с Вътрешната ви Същност (или за по-кратко ще я пиша като КЕД – Концентрация в Единство с Духа), в началото най-лесно може да ви се получи като преди това сте си направили медитацията за осъзнаване на дишането – (МОД). Или другата – медитацията за не въвличане в ума (МНУ)

Въпреки че по-опитните могат директно да пристъпят към нея, ще ви е по-лесно, ако преди това успокоите ума си и навлезете в Пустотата.

И така, ако сте стигнали в състоянието на Пустотата, можете да насочите вниманието си навътре към Изначалната си Природа. Знам, че на много от вас това може да им прозвучи абстрактно или странно, но опитайте се да се насочите просто към Себе си. Дори преди това да не сте достигали до Истинската си Природа, това не е от значение. Вие, винаги сте вие, независимо, дали го осъзнавате или не. Човек може да има порочен ум, или зависимости, или да е изпълнен с привързаност и отвращения, но в дъното на неговото същество винаги стои Истинската му Същност.

Та, насочете вниманието си навътре към Истинската си Природа, без значение дали Я познавате или не. Задръжте вниманието си в Нея, без да се отклонявате в мислите, емоциите си, подтиците за действия или други външни провокации.

Концентрирайте се в Себе си, а ако много ви е трудно да знаете кое е това Себе, просто знайте, че състоянието на Пустотата е вратата към Истинската ви Природа.

Дръжте така вниманието си – насочено в Себе си и игнорирайте всяка друга мисъл или каквото и да е друго, което преминава през ума ви.

Колкото по-дълго държите насоченото си внимание към Вътрешната ви Природа, толкова повече ще се сливате с Нея. Неусетно, така ще преобразувате цялото си състояние в хармонично, защото сливането с Вътрешната ви Същност ще трансформира, това което сте насочили в Нея.

Ако сте насочили гнева си, гнева стоейки чрез насоченото ви внимание в Истинската ви Природа, ще се преобразува в Мир, Покой и Разбиране.

Ако насочите слабостта си към Истинската ви Природа, тя постепенно сливайки се с Нея, ще се превърне в Сигурност и Сила.

Ако чрез вниманието си, насочите вашето незнание или въпрос и ги държите достатъчно дълго време в Истинската ви Природа, те ще се хармонизират, ще изчезнат и на тяхно място ще се появи знанието и отговорът на дадения въпрос.

Ако чрез вниманието си, насочите в Истинската ви Същност даден проблем или обзелата ви „безизходица“, тогава хармонизирайки ги, те ще се превърнат в решение или полезен ход.

Въобще, каквото и да насочите чрез вниманието си във Вътрешната си Природа, то ще се хармонизира и ще се уподоби на Нея, т.е. ще се преобразува в благоприятно и ще се съгласува с целта ви и ще се превърне в каквото би трябвало да е Изначално и полезно.

Ефектът и реализацията на техниката зависи от способността на медитиращия да насочи и задържи вниманието си в Изначалната Природа, а и от силата на енергията, с която оперира. Начинаещите ще могат малко, напреднали повече.

В случая, законът е такъв, че резултатът не зависи от вашата Истинска Природа, а е пряко отражение на вашите възможности за сливане с Истинската ви Природа, т.е. ако някой очаква, че е достатъчно само да се насочи навътре и чудото ще се случи, той греши. Зависи от усъвършенстването на уменията ви.

Резултатът е следствие идващо от вашите възможности за сливане с Истинската ви Природа – силата на концентрацията на вниманието, плюс непрекъснатия интензивен поток от енергия, който да свържи обекта с Вътрешната ви Същност.

Казвам  „обекта“ като имам предвид това, което сте насочили навътре към Вътрешната ви Същност. То може да бъде енергиен център от тялото ви, орган, област или функция на организма ви и т.н. А също, обектът, който насочвате в Същността си, може да бъде и вън от тялото ви – някакъв предмет, пространство, живо същество, идея, тема и прочие.

Съвременният човек под въздействието на материалното човешкото логично мислене, не може да схване това преобразуване или това превръщане. Обсебени само от житейския си опит, хората са свикнали „око да види – ръка да пипне“.

Само че законите на Безкрайната Вселена са отвъд разбирането на обхвата на човешките възможности. Знам, че на по-грубите умове, това обяснение ще им се стори нереално или действието за тях ще е невъзможно, но не прибързвайте със заключенията.

Хората са свикнали да мислят, че те трябва да извършват и да участват във всичко стъпка по стъпка, но в духовното поприще не е така. Достатъчно е да инициирате нещо и „компютърът“ на жизнената ви енергия, плюс премъдрия Първоизточник, ще го реализират, т.е. ще последват поредица от верижни реакции, които ще доведат до крайния желан резултат.

Ето затова е важно повече хора в една нация, етнос или общество да са духовни. Защото като насочат енергията си в осъществяването на нещо, тя – жизнената енергия  и Духът ще реализират това, което сте и задали като цел.

Най-общо ще повторя техниката:

Насочвате се във вашата Вътрешна Същност и разтваряте в Нея това, което ви е необходимо. Достатъчно е да се насочите и да стоите в Нея и това, което сте „взели със себе си“, т.е. обектът ще се хармонизира, ще се промени и ще реализирате желания резултат. Понякога, ако не сте на прав път и ако желаете неразумни неща, Вътрешната ви Същност ще хармонизира обекта, така както е разумно, а не според погрешните ви желания.

От единството със Себе си ще произтекат и последващите индивидуални техники! Да – Сливането с Вътрешната ви Природа е началото на всички по-нататъшни практики и техники. Ако единството с Изначалната ви Същност е на ниво, тогава от това единство и хармония ще произтекат и много други похвати и методи, т.е. Вътрешната ви Същност ще ви води по Пътя на реализацията.

Приложението на тази техника е почти безгранично.

Ето, когато питате как да постъпите в една или друга ситуация. Няма смисъл да запомняте клишета или разни схеми как да процедирате.

Просто насочете това, което искате да знаете към Истинската си Природа, но без да бързате. Първо ще последва уравновесяване на ума – емоциите, чувствата, подтиците и след това интуицията идваща Отвътре – от Същността ви ще ви насочи към полезния ход.

Или ако сте объркани, тревожни, притеснени – тогава пак медитирайте и след това се насочете към Вътрешната ви Природа и като не сте припрени или нетърпеливи, а със стоицизъм и упоритост се сливате и хармонизирате с Нея, трансформирането ще дойде от само себе си по един естествен начин.

Уменията за сливането с Вътрешната ви Природа ще се усилват с постоянните упражнения и медитация.

Вие може директно да пристъпите към тази техника, но трябва да сте непоколебими и уверени в себе си. А ако не сте, по-добре първо да успокоите ума си чрез някоя от медитациите, които ви дадох.

Тук трябва да добавя още едно уточнение.

При обикновената медитация за наблюдение и осъзнаване на дишането или за наблюдение на ума, практикуващия е отпуснат и релаксиран.

При медитацията за насочване и сливане с Истинската си Природа също е правилно човек да е отпуснат и релаксиран.

Но! Когато сте напреднали в техниката, е разумно да усилвате силата на концентрацията в сливане  с Истинската ви Природа.

Защо е така ли?

Защото, както казах и по-горе, ефектът и реализацията за сливането в Вътрешната Същност, идва от индивидуалната ви сила на концентрацията и интензивността на енергията, т.е. колкото по-силно сте концентрирани, толкова по-голям ще е ефектът и резултатът от тази техника.

Нека сега да си представим, че трябва да преобразуваме някаква болест или отрова.

Примерно, сме се заразили от нещо, или пък някое токсично животно ни е ухапало и трябва спешно да излезем от това положение.

Защото, ако се забавим много заразата или отровата ще ни омаломощи или ще ни убие. И ако не работим с достатъчно ефективна сила, ще загубим битката за здравето или живота си. Тогава, не можем да стоим отпуснати и релаксирани, защото това би означавало да се разболее тежко или направо смърт. И затова би следвало да мобилизираме силите си, енергията си, способностите си, за да убием болестта или да трансформираме отровата, така че да можем по-скоро да избавим себе си или някой друг, който е в такава опасност.

Ето, затова се налага да се упражняваме всекидневно, ако искаме да сме способни да съхраним собствения си живот или живота на тези, които са в нужда!

Защото законът е: ние сами със Силите си реализираме всичко. Истинската ни Природа е винаги с нас, но от нашите индивидуални човешки умения, зависи реализацията и резултатът на това, което сме предприели.

Тази техника е чудотворна за тези, които я умеят.

На тези, които не знаят механизма и може да им се стори като магьосничество, но всичко е закономерно и обяснимо. Както снежинките са изваяни в съвършени форми, както Майката Природа е красива, величествена и в нея няма нищо недовършено, така се получава и при хармонизирането на центровете и обектите с Истинската ви Природа. Само трябва да се помни, че законът е, че ние сами извършваме всичко, а не разчитаме на Първоизточникът без нашето участие да го направи.

Беди, болести неволи, които с другите начини и методи са невъзможни да бъдат преодолени, с тази техника стават възможни, стига тренировките и уменията ви да са на нужното ниво.

Така, приятели, това четиво не е за кой да е!

Има хора, които са така задръстени и блокирали, че не допускат съществуването на друг живот, закони и светове. Те не  вярват на нищо друго, освен на това, което виждат с очите си и това, което могат да докоснат с ръцете си. Тази информация не е за тях. Ако сте от тези хора, просто подминете, това което съм написал! Когато разблокирате умовете си и се прочистите от невежеството и капсулираното си мислене, тогава сте добре дошли!

    Привет, Нед! При медитация достигам до положение, в което чистя ума и усещам докосването до Истинската ми Природа. Усилването на концентрацията в сливане с Истинската ми Природа при мен някак дойде от само себе си, без да я прилагам съзнателно и без да съм чел че трябва да я усилвам. Проблемът обаче е , че като тази концентрация се усили, някак дишането ми много намалява и почти спира. Това от свя страна ме стряска и позива за въздух прекъсва започналият процес. Така отново се връщам към релаксиращата медитация, като нарочно намалявам концентрацията.
    Как е правилно да постъпя в тази ситуация?
