Дори тези, които редовно се занимават с някакво духовно учение или практика срещат неимоверно голяма трудност да се овладеят, когато са под афект.

Даже всичките йогийски асани да могат да ви правят гъвкави и да се извивате като каучук, пак възвръщането на баланса на психиката, може да се непосилно  предизвикателство.

Били сме свидетели или сме чели от свещените писания как опитни учители или посветени не могат да намерят Себе си, когато са пометени от емоции или силни, завладяващи чувства.

Иначе е хубаво да се преподава и да се учат хората, но истинската напреднала духовна йогийска практика се проявява точно в моментите на психични предизвикателства, провокации или сред живота в усамотение.

Каква полза от всички прочетени книги, ако не може човек да се овладее и да запази пълно присъствие на духа, когато е атакуван или линията на комфорта му е нарушена, премината.

И какъв смисъл има от всички духовни усилия, ако щом като попадне в нехармонична или провокативна среда, човек загубва устойчивостта, стабилността на духа си, изпада в ступор или се разстройва и плаче като малко дете.

Ето, срещал съм някои, които ужимат дългодишна практика и са авторитети сред знаещите, но в напрегната обстановка, критична ситуация, или когато се срещнат в действителността със слабостите си, се държат като хора, които никога не са се занимавали с нищо духовно или все едно че нямат и един час медитативна практика. Всеки има различни слабости – за един едно е трудно, за друг – друго. И има различни поводи за разстройване – всекиму според важните нему неща. Но точно в изпитанията си проличава истинския Дух!

Трагично е да попаднеш на такива люде, но все пак това е и начин те да бъдат проверени, защото едно е да говориш, а съвсем друго е да можеш да приложиш майсторски техниките на практика и те да имат способностите и силата, за да остане душевното ти равновесие непокътнато, или за секунди да може да възстанови психичния баланс.

И така, какво да правим, когато ненадейно ни се случат неприятности или попаднем в някоя черна серия от неприятни събития?

Зависи от това, доколко сте напреднали в медитативните практики!

Ако сте съвсем начинаещи и ви се случи някое разтърсващо събитие, което да ви шокира или да произведе във вас състояние на афект, тогава не бързайте да споделяте с близките си и не търсете приятели на чието рамо да поплачете.

Първото нещо, което е добре да направите, това е да си направите една дълга разходка сред природата.

Тази, разходка следва да е най-малко около час, но ако ви е възможно, може да е и повече часове.

Разходете се на чист въздух сред Майката Природа и мислено можете да споделите всичко с Нея. Бъдете искрени, когато И говорите, защото Тя макар да няма човешко съзнание, е много мъдра, проницателна, разбираща.

Разходете се. Отначало може да е на по-бърз ход и постепенно да преминете към умерено ходене. Дишайте дълбоко и нека мислите ви да бъдат отправени към Нея – към Майката Природа. Разкажете И за проблемите си. Кажете И искрено за вашата вина, и за вашата истина, и за пропуските ви, и за грешките ви.. за всичко. Не бързайте, може да не намирате точните думи да И кажете всичко, но не се притеснявайте, Тя знае нещата открай докрай – абсолютно точно. Поговорете си с Нея и пак ви казвам „бъдете напълно искрени“. Може с думи, а може и на ум – тайно в себе си!

След като се разходите и споделите нещата с Майката Природа, ще видите, че няма да имате такава нужда да звъните и да споделяте нещата си, с който и да е друг.

Ако времето е топло, може да походите боси, но ако не е, няма проблем – всякак може. Погледайте небето, звездите, простора, безкрая и се опитайте да се разтворите – да се разградите в Него. Това със сигурност ще ви изведе от състоянието на шок или афект.

Запомнете го, защото всеки човек има в живота си своята война и абсолютно всеки преминава през черни периоди, затова го запомнете и скътайте този съвет някъде във файловите на вашето съзнание или подсъзнание.

Сега нека да кажа за напредналите в медитативните техники:

Имайки постоянната будност, вие ще сте почти винаги готови за изненадващи събития или провокации.

Когато ви сполети някакво неприятно или лошо преживяване, тогава би следвало да влезете в по-интензивна медитация.

Какво означава по-интензивна ли?

Казвам ви със сигурност, ако владеете техниката за насочване и КЕД, шокът или афектът или въобще няма да ви въздействат, или ако пък така или иначе сте се поддали на влиянието му, то по най-бърз начин ще възстановите естествената си психическа стабилност, дори нещо повече! – Ще останете не повлияни и невъзмутими с ум, който не се трогва дори от най-големите нещастие или даже от смъртта. Ще са ви необходими секунди или минути и вие ще сте в Невъзмутимостта – не повлияни и неподвластни на афекта.

Това, което ви казвам не е някаква народна приказка или мит, а е реална работеща техника, която е изпитана през вековете. Ако нещо не работи, то знайте, че не е виновна техниката, а нещо във вашето изпълнение не е както трябва.

Ако някой ви е обидил, ако някой ви е предал, ако нещо се е получило не както сте го очаквали или незаслужено сте били разпънати на кръст, то знайте тази могъща практика. Защото чрез нея вие няма да загубите присъствие на Духа си, а дори и да сте се заклатили психически бързо ще възстановите естественото си стабилно състояние.

Неродената ви Същност съдържа в себе си Невъзмутимостта, Непобедимостта, Върховната Устойчивост и Ненакърнимостта.

Това, което е необходимо да направите е да не позволявате на никой и на нищо да ви извади от Единството със Себе си.

Единството със Себе си ще го постигнете чрез КЕД.

Ако практикувате медитация според правилната техника, то знайте, че никога няма да изпуснете нервите си. И не само това, защото някой може да не изпуска нервите си, но обръща агресията навътре към тялото и организма си.

Каква полза да си привидно овладян и за пред хората да се държиш на положение, а цялата агресия да насочиш към организма си – сърцето, черния дроб, стомаха, кръвта си и прочие.

Практикувайки медитацията, ще знаете, че чрез КЕД можете да балансирате не само поведението си привидно, но и в действителност ще сте в състояние да преобразувате всички негативни, излишни или чужди енергии в хармонични.

Някои се държат на положение и не „изтърват козите“, сиреч нервите си, но това им струва много – неимоверно скъпо. После тези насочени навътре и не овладени енергии, разрушават тялото и вътрешностите им, което смъртоносна и много неприятна загуба.

Медитацията и единството с Духа, трансформират енергиите, успокояват ума, освобождават стреса и най-важното – бързо ви привеждат в равновесие.

Може въобще да не се трогнете психически, а дори и това да се случи, то включвайки техниката си вие за секунди или за минути ще се „приберете в Дома си“, ще потънете в Пустотата и ще сте в Покоя.

Няма ситуация, няма провокация, няма агресия, която да не можете да обработите, овладеете и да подчините.

Имате ли силна КЕД, или по-скоро ако КЕД е с разумно преценена сила и щом е приложена на място и без да губите време, то вие ще сте слети – единни с Духа. А това означава Невъзмутими и Неподвластни на никой ни и към нищо, независимо какво се случва и какви биха могли да бъдат последствията.

    Четох, четох… От добри по-добри препоръки имаш към всични ни, Нед и изведнъж като стигнах до: “…незаслужено сте били разпънати на кръст…” се отрони от мен само едно: “Ох!…” 😃😆
    Тази фраза ме докосна по “болното” място 🙂
    Сякаш ми четеш мислите, Нед.
    Не знам какво му става на света около мен, но от както съм се родила, мисля, винаги се опитва само и единствено мен да вини за всичко.
    По тоя повод, символично веднъж изхвърлих кръст и казах на глас доста гневна: “Исус Христос е един! Няма как да позволя всички да винят само мен за всичко! Аз не съм Исус Христос!” Сякаш исках да го кажа на Вселената… Макар, че – да, тя знае всичко, нямаше нужда да й го казвам 🙂
    Подобно на практиката, която споменаваш за споделянето с Майката Природа, споделих с Вселената и аз на времето.
    Действително настана покой в мен тогава.
    Наскоро отново ми се натрупва нещо подобно, а бях забравила за тази случка и днес се сетих за нея и че забелязах, че в дома, където живея в момента, има кръст на стената до входната врата.
    И ти споменаваш точно тая фраза за несправедливото разпъване на кръст! 😃
    Много съвпадения…
    Но, пък в такива моменти, вече ми е на помощ смеха. Избива ме вече на хумор и смях в затруднени ситуации.
    Мисля, че също е добър начин за преработване на стрес, гняв и т.н., освен техниките, които споменаваш.
    Да се види в такива моменти комичната страна на нещата, поне при мен, действа отпускащо.
