Днес искам да ви кажа няколко думи за потиснатите състояния, депресията, а и за паник атаките.

Общото между тях е страхът, който изниква от подсъзнанието ви или е продукт на външни патогенни биополета.

Страх има у всеки човек, тъй като той е чувство грижещо се за самосъхранението ни.

Може би знаете, но има едни отвратителни генетични болести, при които децата и след това в юношеството не изпитват болка и няма страх. Поради тази причина, те си отиват от този свят съвсем рано, за съжаление.

Та, страх има във всеки човек. 

Един за едно, друг – за друго и по най-различни поводи. Ако за някой нещо е съвсем обикновено и безобидно, то за друг би било много тежко изпитание да премине през дадено събитие, среща с хора, препятствия и прочие.

Обаче, ако чрез техниката на медитация се научите да не се въвличате в мислите, които пораждат и увеличават страха, тогава тази емоция ще бъде опитомена и ще е изцяло под ваш контрол.

Обичайно, когато медитирате във вас ще възникват мисли, чувства, подтици и това е съвсем нормално, тъй като умът записва, повтаря или си служи с опитността записана в подсъзнанието.

Не бива да искате да нямате мисли! Не бива да се опитвате да потискате мислите, емоциите или двигателните подтици! Не бива да блокирате ума си, за да изхвърлите мислите или емоциите! Не!

И преди съм ви давал това сравнение: „когато ви се ходи по голяма нужда, можете ли да спрете позивите за дефекация. Можете, но ще е за кратко. Ако се опивате дълго време, бомбата от корема ви ще избухне и ще стане една..“

Същото е, когато се опитвате да спрете мислите, емоциите или подтиците. Ще ги спрете вероятно, но само за известно време и то не без последствия. 

А последствията най-малкото ще са високо артериално налягане, стрес, автоимунни или психосоматични заболявания. И няма да говоря, че ако не се съобразите с генерираното от потискането на мисли, емоции, подтици, ще ви навестят още по-нежеланите гости като инфаркти или инсулти.

Щом медитирате няма нито да спирате мислите, нито да ги потискате, нито да искате да ги няма или пък да сте припрени умът ви да спре.

Умът ще утихне съвсем непринудено, но само след като се освободи и очисти от наслоените ви в подсъзнанието ви енергии във вид на мисли, емоции, подтици или асоциациите им, или съответно, когато трансформира въздействието на външните енергии идващи от заобикалящите ви биополета.

При медитация, само леко насочвате вниманието си към Себе си. 

“Към Себе си”, означава просто към себе си и нищо повече от това. Не търсете в това някакви други светове, планети или ефект от изтребители..- не, просто насочете вниманието навътре в себе си.

Когато от съзнанието или подсъзнанието ви, или отвън нахлуят мисли, не се борете с тях и не ги оценявайте. Не се впечатлявайте от това, че мислите могат да са неприлични или дори светотатствени.

Мислите, емоциите, подтиците са просто спомени идващи от подсъзнанието ви, а също могат да бъдат инициирани или генерирани от външни биополета. Затова не се само осъждайте, че мислите порочно или погрешно.

Мисли като мисли. Емоции като емоции. Подтици като подтици.

Просто останете насочени в себе си и не вземайте участие в тях, нито ги развивайте, нито им вярвайте, а също не и ги оборвайте, и не се борете с тях.

Не се въвличайте в мислите, емоциите, подтиците, а просто ги игнорирайте.

Щом като дълго време останете не въвлечени и не участващи в мислите, те ще утихнат и тяхното място ще заемат безмълвието, умиротворението, несломимото спокойствие и невъзмутимостта.

Това е важно за медитацията, което беше добре да ви напомня.

А относно депресията, сега ще ви подкрепя с две случки, които да са ви опора и да ви дадат мотивация:

Срещнали се веднъж Будистът и Депресията:

Депресията: – Ти си нищо.

Будистът: – Благодаря за комплимента.

– Твоят живот е празен, в него няма нищо хубаво.

– Ако е празен, то в него няма и нищо лошо също така. И какво излиза – свободен съм!

– Няма любов. Няма блага. Няма радости.

– Все едно. В рамките на тази действителност съществуват само натрапливи илюзии, продиктувани от човешкото его. Ние самите сме техни творци.

– Над този свят е надвиснало страданието.

-Но страдание без радост не може да има.

– Ти ще умреш без да си осъзнал Истината.

– Е, това пък съвсем не е страшно! Занапред ще имам още толкова много животи…

– Наоколо са само войни, лъжа, мерзост и съблазни. Земята е потънала в собствената си мръсотия. Човечеството е обречено.

– Космосът е велик. И каквото и да се случва – то е в името на вселенската хармония. Душите ни са чиста енергия, която така или иначе, рано или късно, ще се избави от мирската тежест и ще се разтвори в безкрайността на битието.

Депресията: – Хм… Тук няма да стане… Тръгвам нататък…

Това е едната, а другата идва от древна Спарта:

Когато Филип Македонски бил пред стените на Спарта, отправил послание на защитниците й, в което бил написал:

„Покорих цяла Гърция, имам най-добрата войска на света. Предайте се, защото ако завзема Спарта със сила, ако срутя вратите й, ако пробия с тарани нейните стени, то безпощадно ще унищожа цялото й население и ще сравня града със земята“

Спартанците отговорили с послание от само една дума: „Ако“.

Така, приятели, ако не се пречупите пред страха, депресията или паниката, а медитирате невъзмутимо, всичко това ще изчезне, сякаш никога не го е имало, защото чрез медитативната си практика ще трансформирате и ще преработите негативите идващи от подсъзнанието ви или пък възникващи от патогенните енергии продукт на външни биополета. Ще ги отнемете силата им, ще я преобразувате и ще я направите ваша.

А също и ще се утвърдите като воини в Духовното поприще. Така постепенно практикувайки, ще можете да се справяте с всякакви предизвикателства и провокации, и това ще правите с невъзмутимо спокойствие, независимо, колко силен или прехвален е противникът ви. За да въведете себе си, другите или околната среда ще трябва да имате Сила в сливането с Вътрешното. Така ще сте единни с Вездесъщия Дух.
